It’s surprisingly difficult to find a list of FHIR server providers.
Below are all the server or API providers that I’m familiar with. If I’ve left out or miscategorized any please leave a comment or DM me.
In this instance, self-promotion is recommended. If you’ve built something, tell us about it.
A list like this has real value to organizations and businesses looking to utilize FHIR. But remember, not all FHIR servers are equal!

There is some crossover between managed cloud and on-prem solutions, as some companies offer both.
